With extensive experience in delivering healthcare events, Clearwater Events was approached to manage an international three-day pharmaceutical conference.
The client was an international MICE company who wanted us to manage the event programme including on and offsite dining activities and organising delegate transfers for the duration of the event.
More than 150 delegates from around the world attended the event at the Mövenpick Hotel in Amsterdam. We ensured that every aspect of the conference ran smoothly, even down to organising accommodation, flights and rail transfers for those attending from all corners of the world. Our offsite support included sourcing, arranging and managing dinner options for the groups. Outstanding communication and organisational skills were critical for this event due to delegates having individual programmes for meetings and workshops and also for their travel times. All elements of the event, including transfers, accommodation, meals and activities were arranged to strict HCP guidelines ensuring full compliance and transparency. Adhering to ABPI, Sunshine Act along with the pharmaceutical companies own guidelines, all HCP paperwork, process and financial policy were fully adhered to.
