Clearwater was approached to run ABP UK Ltd’s strategy launch event to showcase the company’s aims and objectives to a cross section of its UK-wide workforce.
ABP is one of Europe’s leading food processors, providing quality beef to thousands of customers across the world. They wanted to unveil its new internal and external strategies to its UK workforce.
More than 450 delegates attended the strategy launch at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham. The event included one keynote speaker with six workshops streams which each delegate could visit in rotation. Working with the client’s design agency we were able to create an exhibition area, developing a series of exhibitor booths and pop up displays highlighting key messages of the company’s revised aims and objectives. For the keynote speaker session and workshops our responsibilities included liaising with speakers and workshop moderators, helping to formulate presentations based upon the brief, whilst coaching and supporting on specific requirements. Our team managed over 450 delegate registrations, coordinating and managing arrival and departure transfers, along with designing unique delegate badges with personalised agendas, names and branded lanyards. Our team took overall ownership for the event, project managing and coordinating with the client stakeholders, delegates and suppliers. Taking a consultative approach, we directed the event planning in the most cost effective yet dynamic way to ensure total event success.
