The Brief:
Our team at Clearwater Events have over 20 years of combined experience delivering pharmaceutical events. In the last two years we have been successful in delivering some of those events together under the Clearwater Events name. These events have included venue sourcing, social programmes, meeting management and transfers in both the UK and Europe, for 20-150 delegates.

In December 2014, Clearwater Events were directly approached to manage a 150 person international pharmaceutical conference. This including managing the event programme including onsite and offsite dining activities and organising delegate transfers for the duration of the event.

Our Solution:
Our Delegate Registration tool allowed us to successfully manage multiple inbound and outbound flights from across Europe, USA, Asia and Australasia, as well as multiple train transfers from across Europe. Transfers were managed to ensure both cost and time were being used efficiently, for the benefit of both our client and the delegates. Our offsite support included sourcing, arranging and managing dinner options for the groups. Outstanding communication and organisation skills were critical for this event due to delegates having individual programmes for meetings and workshops, and also for their transfer times. The transfers, accommodation and activities arranged were all compliant to Pharmaceutical Regulations, while also ensuring delegates were comfortable and well looked after while away from home.

We received excellent feedback from both delegates and our client who both commented that we made the whole process “very easy” for them.
