ABP UK approached Clearwater Events to take ownership of their Strategy Launch event, aimed at showcasing their new aims and objectives to a cross section of the UK wide workforce. With a timeline of less than 6 x weeks, our solution included the following elements:
– Delegate Registration Management & Coordination
– Full Logistics Management
– Supplier Coordination
– Onsite Support
The event included 1 main keynote speaker session along with 6 x workshops streams. Once registered, delegates were allocated a stream, allowing them to visit each of the 6 x workshops in rotation.
Our role also included the creation of an exhibition area, coordinating with the clients design agency to develop a series of exhibitor booths and pop up displays highlighting key messages of the company’s revised aims and objectives.
For the keynote speaker session and workshops our responsibility included liaising with speakers and workshop moderators, helping to formulate presentations based upon the brief whilst coaching and supporting on specific requirements.
Our team managed over 450 delegate registrations, coordinating and managing arrival and departure transfers along with designing a unique delegate badge with personalised agendas, name and a branded lanyard.
Our team took overall ownership for the event, project managing and coordinating with the client stakeholders, delegates and suppliers. Taking a consultative approach, we directed the event planning in the most cost effective yet dynamic way to ensure total event success.
