Stephen founded Clearwater Events in 2011 with one goal: to deliver incredible events and venue-finding services. He has worked in the industry since 1999 and proved his mettle at world-class event management companies in London, Philadelphia and Singapore.

Ben joined the senior leadership team in early 2018. He is a commercially focused accountant and brings a wealth of experience from both PLC and private companies. Ben is a proven finance, event, tech, advertising and marketing executive with strong leadership skills and has a track record of delivering consistent and profitable growth in all companies he works with.

With more than 15 years’ event management experience, Ruth can cope with anything that’s thrown at her. She is a fastidious organiser, leading lots of our clients to call her the ‘Queen of Detail’.
